Hi Victoria, I run a small evening-wear brand with a bold, eclectic, glam, vintage rock ’n’ roll vibe. Do you think a small brand can do well without chasing trends? I often feel trends push people to buy things they don’t really need, and I’m honestly tired of everyone dressing the same. I want to help people trust their own taste. Personally, I’m the type who, if everyone has it, I don’t want it, and I tend to go the opposite way. Could that mindset help the brand, or could it get in the way? If I focus on a strong, timeless style, when does that help and when might it hurt? What would you do first to make it work? And if skipping trends is risky, which parts, like timing, silhouette, or color, are worth keeping so we stay true to ourselves but don’t disappear?

I'm working on a concept for a new premium chocolate product (made of milk and fine cacao), exploring what kind of calming pause people crave today. When life feels overwhelming, should it be minimalistic and serene — or expressive, textured, bold, and a little chaotic? 

Many brands I'd like to work for do not trust freelancers. They will not tell it openly but I can feel it. How can I build trust as a solo? Thank you Victoria!

Adding the option for customer to customize products by adding their name or print on our products has been an idea we implemented but it doesn't bring the revenues and attention we expected. Please explain :-)

Nowadays fashion campaigns and editorial world seems overstimulated with visual information, and getting a client interested via cold mailing or pitching via DM feels the slowest possible path? What would you advise for a visual creator who aims to create an produce campaigns for open minded fashion brands? Thank you! 

I am finding your story and personality enormously inspiring! Maybe you can help finding the path or further steps in my career. I have background of 10 years in marketing as brand manager for international brands, after career change and new studies recent 2 years I am working as interior designer and creative freelance (visual and interactive spaces, event decor ideas). I really believe in experiential spaces, temporary art instalations, and manipulating materials and creating certain feeling in spaces (one of my interests are interior design, environmental psichology, how spaces impact us).I would like to create experiential spaces,   temporary shop display ideas (eg pride month), but while  Lithuanian market is really small, so I was wondering how to go global? How to become international creative freelance visual creator (I believe that my background is enough)? Lost kiddo needs your help: I built a lil jewelry company from scratch. I went through everything (literally), after 6 years being the designer, marketing and production manager I managed to actually become profitable. Now that my company is finally profitable (100K py) I feel tired of it and not "in love" with it anymore. Should I sell it now that at least numbers are ok?

Whenever I think color or whenever I'm in front of a white paper my head goes loose trying to decide if I should go trendy or timeless with my color decisions.

Market is full with heathy food and sport advices, everyone is longevity experts. Adds of wellness clubs are all the same - beautiful people with well shaped bodies. I want to be different in all this.
